The Franklin Victorian Bed & Breakfast Inn has four thoughtfully appointed & spacious guest rooms/suite, all with in room private baths.
Complimentary Wireless Internet access available in every room at the Inn, and a computer to use if needed.
Room & Guest Amenities- Our luxury accommodations in each of our four guest rooms have private baths, offer air conditioning, ceiling fans, an alarm clock/radio, "nature sound" therapy machine, personal room DVD player available, king and queen pillow top mattress with soft linens, comforters, & pillows, CD player & CD's (or you may bring your own favorites). Each private bath has deluxe bath amenities, soft bathrobes, slippers, & hair dryers and many other special touches...and Afternoon naps are always welcome!
Our guest rooms are an escape from phones and TV. We have a Cable TV/VCR/DVD in our first floor Library and a house phone for our guest to use. Allergies..? We use all Shaklee Hypoallergenic Products "Creating Healthier Lives" for cleaning and laundry services at the B&B.

Hot & Cold Water Dispenser, take your beverages & snacks to your room, other areas or out on to the porches to enjoy, and do not miss the bottomless cookie jar that is filled with homemade cookies.

Breakfast consisting of fresh fruits (in season), homemade muffins, breads, coffeecake, and scones, breakfast meat, as well as a hot entree, homemade sorbets, juices, fresh Chicago Coffee Roastery ground coffee, chai or tea and good conversation. (Special diets may be arranged prior to arrival). The meal is served in the formal dining room with a candle lit table. However, if you prefer a little more privacy or special occasion, ALL our guest rooms have Room Service available.

Franklin Suite - $129/night
The Franklin Suite offers Two romantic & relaxing rooms. Beneath a dramatic arched triple window is a brass queen bed, and seating area. The second room has a sitting/dining area and a privately served in room breakfast is available. Private en suite full bath has a Shower and an Ultra Bathâ„¢ air jetted whirlpool tub to offer the best therapeutic bathing experience during your stay.
