Franklin Victorian Bed & Breakfast Policies

When you choose our inn for your business trip, vacation, or weekend getaway, our goal is to make your stay here in Sparta, Wisconsin as pleasant and as memorable as possible. To that end, we have put in place the following policies. Please take the time to read through them, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Arrival and Departure: Check-in is between 3:00 and 8:00 P.M. Running late or running early? A courtesy call while you are en route will be greatly appreciated. Check out is at 11:00 A.M.
Reservations: Use the online reservation service or call 888-594-3822 to book your stay: a valid credit card number is required to hold a reservation. Visa, Master-Card, and Discover are accepted. No credit card charge will be made until final payment which can be made with credit/debit card, cash, or personal check.
If using a gift certificate, please note the gift certificate number & type at the time of reservation. A valid credit card number is still needed when using any type of gift certificate. We are happy to accept gift cards/certificates from BedandBreakfast.com but no other discounts can be applied.
• Room rates range from $115 – $125 nightly, plus taxes, based on double occupancy.
• There is an additional charge of $15 per night for a third person, and single rates are available.
Cancellations: Our inn does Not charge a deposit at the time you make a reservation. Cancellations are difficult, but we do understand that unexpected situations arise. Please call the Inn if you need to cancel or reschedule your stay. A full refund will be given for cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the date of stay. Cancellations made less than 7 days will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate. No-shows, late check-ins & early checkouts are responsible for payment of the entire reservation.
No-Smoking Policy: Abiding by Wisconsin’s statewide Smoke-Free Air law, we support an all-inclusive 100% Non Smoking policy in our facility and on our grounds.
No Candles or oils: For guest safety and the protection of this historic inn and its furnishings, the use of candles in guest rooms is prohibited. NO burning of any type of open-flame candles or oil items is allowed. (we are happy to provide safe battery candles for you to use). Any evidence of damage or violation of this policy will result in a $350/+ cleaning fee charged to the room’s tenants.
Firearms: NO Firearms or Weapons are allowed in the building or on our property.
Children: We regret that our accommodations are not suitable for children under 12.
Pets: We regret we are unable to accommodate guest pets. Area kennels are available.
The Franklin Victorian Bed & Breakfast is not responsible for any lost items. Forgotten personal items can be returned at your expense . When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to our policies.
