General Information & Cancellations...

Arrival: Check in's are conducted between 3pm and 8pm, late check in's need to be arranged with the innkeepers prior to arrival.

Departure: Check out time is 11am

Reservations: Use the online reservation system or
call 608-366-1427 to book your stay: Valid credit card is required to make any reservations. No credit card charge will be made until you are checked in.

Two-night minimum stay over the weekends from July through the end of September. However, single-night stays occasionally fit into our calendar. Please check with us for availability if you have trouble booking online.

Gift Certificates: If using a gift certificate, please make a note on your reservation of the gift certificate number & type at the time of reservation. A valid credit card Hold is still needed when using any type of gift certificate. Guests- when using any type of Gift Certificate or Gift Card we must have your original and physical gift certificate/card at checkout. 

Cancellations: To cancel or modify an existing reservation, please call us at 608-366-1427 or email us. Seven days’ notice is required. Cancellations made less than 7 days' will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate.  No-shows, cancellations on the day of a stay, and early checkouts are responsible for payment of the entire reservation.

No Smoking Policy: SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY inside & outside.

No Open Flame Policy: For the safety and security of this historic house and all guests, no open flames, candles or burning of incense is strictly prohibited in guest rooms, on porches or property. 
~Battery Candles are provided.

Children: Over 13 years old are welcome.

Pets: We cannot accommodate guest pets. 

 ~ The Franklin Victorian Bed & Breakfast is not responsible for any lost items.
~ Any outside services for cleaning do to damage or miss-use of bed and breakfast facilities or property may result in a fine.
~ When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to our policies.
