Victorian Era Home our Inn is on the National Register of Historic Places in Wisconsin.

• Reservations: Advance reservations are suggested but not required. To hold/confirm a reservation, we require a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash or personal or travelers checks. If using a gift certificate please let us know at the time of reservation.
   
• Cancellations: Regular policy:
  Regular policy: 10 days prior to arrival: Full refund. Please call us to cancel and receive a cancellation number. If you email us, we'll need to send a cancellation number email in response. 9 days prior to arrival or less: No refund. We will be pleased to provide you with a non-refundable gift certificate, good for another visit and subject to availability.
  No shows and early checkouts are subject to full credit card charge. In making your reservation and or request you are agreeing to our inn policy.
  
  * Due to demand there is a 2 night stay required for some three day holiday weekends and Warren Cranfest Weekend in September.
  You have one month to cancel during Warren Cranfest Wkd.in September.

Check-in 3 P.M.-7 P.M. Running late? A courtesy call while you are en route will be greatly appreicated. Check out: 11:00 a.m. 

• We cannot accommodate children under six or pets.
• (Pet Kennels are available. Camelot Kennels- 608-269-7387 or Pines Boarding Kennel- 608-269-8391).
• Please let us know if using a gift certificate and what type of gift certificate at the time of reservation. 
• For insurance purposes, we are a Smoke-free facility and NO use of burning any type of open-flame Candles or Oil items in the B&B are allowed.
• Those who do not abide by the no smoking or open-flame policy can & will be charged a fee to their registered credit card.
