• Reservations: Advance reservations are suggested but not required. To hold/confirm a reservation, we require a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash or personal or travelers checks. If using a gift certificate please let us know at the time of reservation.
   

Cancellations: Regular policy: 10 days prior to arrival: Full refund. Please call us to cancel and receive a cancellation number. If you email us, we'll need to send a cancellation number email in response. 9 days prior to arrival or less: No refund. We will be pleased to provide you with a non-refundable gift certificate, good for another visit and subject to availability.

No shows, early checkouts & medical are subject to full credit card charge. In making your reservation and or request you are agreeing to our inn policy.

• Due to demand there is a 2 night stay required for ALL 3 day holiday weekends, Warrens Cranfest in September, women's and men's softball tournaments weekends in July.
• There is no special rates or single rates during these times when a 2 night stay is required. There is a one month cancellation policy during Warren Cranfest Wkd. in September & women's and men's softball tournaments weekends in July.
• All rates are based on 2 person occupancy, including a Full multi-course breakfast, but does not include state and local taxes.
• Additional guests are $20.00 per person. 
• Single person and business travlers discounts available. 
• Active Military Discount at Fort McCoy in Sparta -10% on lodging.

Check-in 3 P.M.-7 P.M. Running late? A courtesy call while you are en route will be greatly appreicated. Check out: 11:00 a.m. 

• We regret that we are unable to host infants or children. Young adults over the age of 12 are welcome.
• We cannot accommodate pets.

• As a National Historic Registered Site we support an all inclusive No Smoking policy in our facility and on our grounds (including porches). Wisconsin is now smoke-free. For insurance & safety purposes, NO use of burning any type of open-flame Candles or Oil items in the B&B are allowed.
• Those who do not abide by the no smoking or open-flame policy can & will be charged a fee to their registered credit card.
