Famous Wisconsin Cheese
Most everyone in America knows that Wisconsin means cheese. We’re known for it, we love it, and we invite you to discover for yourself just how delicious this dairy product can be! Wisconsin’s cheese-making traditions stem from our early 19th century dairy farms and their practice of making cheese to preserve excess milk. Wisconsin’s first cheese factory was started in 1841, and the rest is history. Today, Wisconsin cheese can be found in stores around the country!
Bring your coolers with you for your stay at our bed and breakfast, and plan to either visit any of the area cheese makers, or any cheese-selling specialty store to pick up some delicious Wisconsin cheese to take home!
